Tonight we drove home from Grandma's in the dark. Becky was suddenly really excited and said:
"Mom, I see the moon! It is a whole moon. It found all of it's pieces!"
Me, "Wow, that's really cool".
Zach, "Becky, that's not how it really is. The moon is always whole but sometimes we can't see it all."
Becky, "no that's not true"
Zach, "Becky! It is true! I learned about it in school!!!"

totally sounds like my kids. I'm not sure why it reminded you of lion king though. It's been awhile since I saw that movie...
How cute is that!? Becky's a doll.
I get it- I love that part in the Lion King- it is hilarious. "I always thought the stars were giant balls of burning gases" or whatever he says. So cute!
